1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. Royal Rose Strawberry-Fennel Syrup
1 egg white
5 drops Bitter End Chesapeake Bay bitters
Dry shake ingredients until very frothy, about 1 minute. Add ice and shake for at least one more minute. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
