Strawberry Fennel Julep

2 oz Bourbon

1/4 oz Royal Rose Strawberry-Fennel Syrup 

7 mint leaves

Muddle mint and syrup in a Julep cup or cocktail glass. Add Bourbon and then add some crushed ice and stir. Add more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
