Split Rose Collins
- 2oz gin (Split Rock Organic Gin)
- 3/4oz Maine Blueberry Simple Syrup
- 1/2oz lime juice
- soda
Garnish: lime wheel

Making it:
Add first three ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a collins glass with fresh ice. Top with soda and garnish with a lime wheel.
