Kick in the Palomas

Add this one to your home bar rotation if you like a little kick in your drinks and a ton of flavor."

Kick in the Palomas
✨2oz silver tequila
✨1.5oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
✨.25oz honey syrup
✨.25oz three chili syrup
✨2-3 jalapeño slices
✨2-3 basil slices
✨ginger ale to top
Rim: chili salt + tajin
Garnish: grapefruit slice, basil sprig, jalapeño slices

Rim a glass with a mix of tajin and chili salt and set aside. Muddle basil and jalapeños in a shaker with syrups. Add all but ginger ale and shake with ice until chilled. Strain snd pour over ice ball into rimmed glass, top with a splash of ginger ale, garnish, and enjoy!
