1 1/2 oz Split Rock Organic White Whiskey
1/4 oz Amaro (we used Montenegro)
1 oz Apple 🍏 Cider
1/2 oz Lemon 🍋 Juice
1/4 oz Royal Rose Organic Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass-up. Garnish with an apple wheel because everyone always picks way more apples than you actually need. 😂
